Fiat TwinAir timing tool set

Designed by Laser Tools and manufactured at their facility in Sheffield, this new engine timing tool kit (Part number 5716) is for Fiat’s new-technology, low emission, 875cc twin cylinder TwinAir engine, as fitted to the Fiats 500, 500C, Panda and Punto and associated models from Alfa Romeo, Lancia and Chrysler.

These engines use a timing chain rather than a timing belt and the 5716 timing tool set is required whenever engine maintenance that involves removing or replacing the timing chain is carried out.

The set includes a flywheel locking tool, a pulley locking pin and a camshaft locking plate with set-screws, everything that is needed to set the engine as recommended by the manufacturer.
