GS and VDE certificated insulated socket sets

Part of Laser’s ever-increasing range of insulated tools for professional electricians and installers, these new insulated socket sets (part number 6145, 6147, 6148 and 6149) are all GS and VDE certificated, providing the technician with the confidence to work on potentially high voltage systems in the knowledge that the tools are extremely safe and of high quality. The sets provide a full range of sockets and accessories in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" drives.

As part of strict health and safety regulations, the GS mark is recognised throughout the EU as a symbol of safety and the VDE certification is also highly recognised, assuring that sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers and other hand tools are safe to use when working with electricity in a high voltage environment.

Set 6145 is 18 piece and 1/4" drive; there are 13 sockets from 4mm up to 14mm, four extension bars (50, 75, 100 and 150mm) and a high quality, quick release ratchet handle.

Set 6148 is 16 piece and 3/8" drive; there are eight sockets from 8mm up to 22mm, one T-bar, two extension bars (150mm and 250mm), four hex bit sockets (4, 5, 6 and 8mm), and the 3/8" drive ratchet handle.

Set 6149 is 20 piece and 1/2" drive; there are eleven sockets from 10mm up to 32mm, one T-bar, two extension bars (150mm and 250mm), five hex bit sockets (4, 5, 6, 8 and 10mm), and the 250mm 1/2" drive ratchet handle.

Set 6147 is 24 piece and also 1/2" drive; there are twenty sockets from 10mm up to 32mm, three extension bars (75, 125mm and 250mm and the 1/2" drive quick release ratchet handle.
