When undertaking repetitive removing or refitting of fasteners, perhaps when stripping down an engine, the use of a cordless drill certainly speeds things up. Loosen the fastener with a socket and ratchet handle then remove it quickly with the cordless drill. Make the task even easier with these socket adaptors from Laser Tools (designed for cordless drill use) which feature rotating sleeves that can be held securely while the adaptor is spinning.
Two sets are available: the 6983 set features three adaptors (1/4" drive, 3/8" drive and 1/2" drive) which have different coloured anodised aluminium spinning sleeves for easy identification. The 1/4" drive and 3/8" drive versions are 65mm long, while the 1/2" drive version is 72mm in length.
To assist access, the 6984 set has two 200mm long adaptors, 3/8" drive and 1/2" drive, again with different coloured spinning sleeves.
Fitted with quick-chuck ends to fit the cordless drill, the 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" square drives will take sockets or bit adaptors. The ball bearing spring clip holds the socket securely. Holding the spinning sleeve keeps the socket securely in position while the cordless drill effortlessly and quickly removes or refits the fastener.
Ideal for the new Laser Tools cordless impact drill (part number 8011). Very good value and available now from your Laser Tools stockist.
