8421 Camshaft Sprocket Holding Tool - for VW Group 1.0L, 1.5L Petrol

From 2017, the 1.5 and 1.0L petrol engines found across the Volkswagen Group range of vehicles require a special holding tool when working on the camshaft drive pulleys. The Laser 8421 has been specially developed to allow the Laser Part No. 7279 pulley holding kit to be used on these engines.

Camshaft holding conversion disc; use with Laser Part No. 7279 or OEM lever.
Applications include: Audi A1 (from 2018), A3 (from 2017), Q2 (from 2018) and Q3 (from 2018). Seat Arona (from 2017), Ateca (2018 to 2020), Ibiza (2017 to 2020), Leon (from 2018) and Tarraco (from 2019).

Ab Baujahr 2017 benötigen die 1,5- und 1,0-l-Benzinmotoren der gesamten Fahrzeugpalette der Volkswagen-Gruppe ein spezielles Haltewerkzeug für Arbeiten an den Nockenwellenrädern. Laser 8421 wurde speziell für die Verwendung mit dem Riemenscheiben-Haltesatz Laser Teile-Nr. 7279 für diese Motoren entwickelt.
